I have been running a weekly group at CCJ on a Wednesday morning for about five years now. It is free for club members and R200 per person for non-members. The group environment is conducive for a great shake and the ability to self-regulate. I do some interventions but they are mainly the kinds that you can do by yourself in your own practice.
