As a certified TRE® (Tension, Stress and Trauma Release) Provider, I meet every client exactly where they are. I believe true healing doesn’t come from forcing anything—it comes from creating a safe, compassionate space where your nervous system can release stored tension naturally, empowering you to reconnect with your innate strength and autonomy.

Whether you are moving through burnout, managing daily anxiety, holding physical tension, or simply looking to reconnect with who you truly are, TRE® with me offers a grounded, compassionate pathway back home to yourself.

My Path to TRE®

For years, my own path to resilience felt like an endless search for a missing piece. I committed myself to a wide variety of modalities, yet often hit a wall where my mind understood the stress and trauma, but my body held onto it. Experiencing TRE® was my turning point. It taught me that the body already possesses the exact map it needs to discharge stress and return to equilibrium—we just need to give it permission and guidance.

• Flexible Session Formats: Offering both group and 1:1 sessions, available online and in-person (Rustenburg area).

• Support Across All Stages of Life: Welcoming clients from young children (ages 5+) through to adults in their 70s and beyond.

Through our sessions together, I will guide and teach you how to regulate your nervous system, reset, and restore balance. After several sessions, you will hold a lifelong tool of your own—giving you the freedom to apply these techniques whenever life calls for it.
