As a neurodiverse individual, I can see the capacity that TRE has given me. Capacity to deal with daily stressors with more ease and grace. To feel my body and knowing that I can create that safety for myself at any time with the tools that TRE has given me.
I am committed to bringing the power of TRE to other neurodiverse individuals and individuals with severe childhood trauma. Sharing the tools to build a more robust reach a truer body‐mind integration. I would also love to bring TRE into the lives of people suffering from chronic stress, anxiety, PTSD and those looking for a deeper connection of mind body and soul.
