Louise Cox

Intimacy Coach, Sex Therapist & TRE Provider

I help individuals and couples reconnect emotionally, physically, and sensually—especially those healing from intimacy-related trauma. My approach is rooted in nervous system regulation, somatic techniques, and empowering education around sexual health, communication, and self-awareness.

Through my brand Beyond Barriers – Intimate Wellness, I champion open conversations, inclusive care, and body-based practices that foster confidence, pleasure, and healing.
