I am an ICF PCC credentialed coach, as well as a thinking partner and facilitator who spends most of my time working with leaders in the corporate world.

I follow an integral approach, with a strong emphasis on the body. As the late Wendy Palmer said: “the body always wins”, so I believe as coaches and facilitators, we ignore the body at our clients’ peril.
