I am a TRE Certification Trainer and certified Life Coach based in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. I started my TRE journey in 2011/12 with David Berceli in South Africa and am a Trainer since 2016. TRE has been a life-changer for myself in many ways and I am passionate about teaching it and training more Providers.

This is what I offer:

I teach TRE as a tool for life, emphasising the gains of resilience and empowerment available on long term use. I work with you toward independence and active participation in your use of TRE. I have vast experience with teaching people of all backgrounds and ages but if you need ongoing medical or psychotherapeutic care, I will either send you to another colleague who has the skills or ask for you to involve your Doctor or Therapist in the TRE journey. I consider myself an expert in the dissociative symptoms of needing to space out and retreat from reality in times of stress/perceived threat and can be of great help to everyone who wants to learn how to stay present and grounded.

TRE Training IN PERSON –  Mrs Ruwaida Vadachia and myself will be offering in person training in Durban in 2025. As soon as we have dates for the course, it will be published in the event section. Or contact me.

TRE Training ONLINE  – I am leading TRE ONLINE TRAINING together with my friend and colleague Anya Bloom since 2020 in international groups (english language) with participants from South Africa, Europe, India, Middle East and more. You find the information about our 2024 courses in the attachment section below. 2025 dates will be made available soon.

TRE Projects – I am currently leading a TRE Project and have done community and/or NGO work in the past. If you know of a school or NGO who would like to introduce their staff (or children) to TRE, get in contact with me.

TRE for AFRICA FOUNDATON – I am a Member of the TFAF BOD and if you are interested to know more about the Foundation or like to support us to spread the knowledge and skill of TRE, please contact me. Trauma is at the root of much of what we see go wrong in the world. There is a great need to educate people AND help them to navigate their own past better. TRE is a wonderful tool to have and to share. Please help us to bring it to everyone who needs it.
