TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) is a series of simple exercises (not the gym type) that help the body release deep muscular patterns of stress, tension & trauma. These exercises activate a natural tremoring response in the body — a safe & effective way to let go of stored physical & emotional stress.
