Visit me in the beautiful Bushveld, a stone throw away from the iconic Kruger National Park. I am looking forward in meeting you for a relaxing, integrating and life changing TRE session.

Around 2007 I started my Holistic Health journey, always interested in a Natural approach to health and life overall.

Studying Swedish Massage, Reflexology, and Indian Head Massage, the knowledge steered me in the direction of studying Medical Missionary Work. Broadening my scope further by studying Facilitation, Assessor and Moderator and received SETA accreditation.

Between 2015 and 2017 trauma shaped my life and TRE made a profound impact on my health and overall living. During 2018, I started my TRE Provider Training and received my accreditation May 2020.

Currently I am enjoying a Diploma in Medicinal Herbalism, achieved from the Blackford School of Medicinal Herbalism, in the UK December 2025.  Crafting personal care products, ointments and different Herbal products from self cultivated herbs. Also, I am assisting the local Social Worker with individuals that is experiencing different kinds of trauma.
