Hilke Erasmus

My own journey with TRE has been one of wonder and awe. It was a process of awakening to what is, tuning into the voice of my body and finding a compassionate path to support her. TRE has supported me to be more present to the moment, aware of what arises in my body, head- and heart space and patiently allow what needs to unfold safely. The ongoing release of tension patterns and everyday stress increases my ability to hold what comes my way, recover and simply be lighter!

It will be an honour to journey with you!

Other interests: Anatomy. The role that TRE plays in restoring communities. I love spending time in nature, be with my family and friends, mixing loose leaf teas and learning more about contemplative practises.
