Ingrid Regenass

I am a Registered Nurse, Health, Somatic and Life Coach, TRE® Certification Trainer and Mindfulness teacher with over 30 years of work experience in the field of Integral Health and Wellbeing. I am in private practice in Constantia, Cape Town. I have additional qualifications in physical fitness, clinical nutrition, counselling, and trauma recovery.

I love learning and consider myself a permanent student. I am currently in the Intermediate Level with Somatic Experiencing Training and have done L1 of EMI (Eye Movement Integration) and about to embark on Resource Therapy Training.

My intention is to empower people to journey towards an integrated, conscious and fulfilled life.

Over the years I have navigated many personal and professional transitions and have had the privilege of supporting many other people to do the same.

I love spending time with my family and friends and when I need time out what replenishes me and feeds my soul is retreating in nature – particularly hiking and camping with my husband in very remote areas in the bush, mostly in the Kalahari and Botswana where we are surrounded by animals in the wild and the rhythm of nature.

TRE®  BACKGROUND

My TRE® training began in 2011 in Durban with Dr David Berceli, the founder of TRE® and I feel very fortunate to have done all my TRE® Training with him. I certified as a TRE®  Certification Trainer in 2014 and have been offering TRE® Trainings since then.

Over the years I have participated in and run a number of TRE® community projects:

SAPS (South African Police Service) – Western Cape
South African Children’s home – Cape Town

My intention is to empower people with TRE® so that the effects of chronic stress and trauma that plague so many South Africans may be reduced and quality of life may be enhanced.
