Counselling Psychologist
Experienced & works with individuals of all ages and varying cultural backgrounds. Divorce recovery & trauma informed therapy are areas of interest. I have trained in various trauma modalities such as TRE, BWRT and EMI.
Am currently doing a 3 year course in Somatic Experiencing. In my free time, I like to spend time in nature, go hiking, and to spend quality time with friends and family.
