Rozanne van Vuuren

I started as a beauty and massage therapist but eventually became more interested in the body and how it works to resolve trauma and tension.  I was introduced to TRE in 2023 and qualified as a TRE Provider in 2024.

TRE changed my life and I believe in what it does for the human body and mind when it comes to dealing with everyday stress and tension, to deep trauma.

TRE gives you the tools to work through everyday stresses.  It teaches you to handle stress better and how to regulate yourself.  On a deeper level it helps you get rid of years of trauma stuck in your body.  I am passionate about helping people.  I strive to create a calm and safe environment for my clients to get rid of built-up tension and trauma in the fascial systems and teach them how to regulate the nervous system.

I am a registered certified TRE Provider as well as a Biodynamic Craniosacral therapist and a certified sports massage therapist and reflexologist.

I am passionate about giving the best to my clients in a calm and safe space so that you can take a breath, reflect and unwind.
