My background is in Early Childhood Development and Education.

I am drawn to helping those who are broken and misunderstood by society and have found that TRE is such an amazing way to help and empower.

I believe no trauma is too great to heal and that the body has the full capacity to facilitate healing in a safe and profound way. I am here to guide you in your discovery of this amazing healing modality called TRE.

My own journey with TRE has been profound and immensely healing on both physical and emotional levels.
