As a Certified TRE® Provider, my sessions are more than just a technique – they are a sacred invitation to meet yourself beneath the surface. Through the body’s natural tremor mechanism, we unravel what no longer serves, dissolve layers of emotional residue, and access the wisdom that lives in your nervous system.

My work integrates decades of experience in healing and transformation through various modalities. It is rooted in presence, safety, and authentic connection. I meet each client where they are – no fixing, no rushing – just deep listening, and a trust in the body’s innate capacity to restore balance and wellbeing.
