Here are two videos from South African Pilot Projects in an SOS Children’s Village and school in the Cape Town area. For those who work with children, have wondered if children can do TRE and benefit from it or would like to learn more about TRE and children. Further down you will find another video that explains how the natural and common way of infants to release tension and enjoy their body movements is related to the experience of TRE.
